18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75), all models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in Media were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created.
1.Custodian of records
The records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 pertaining to content produced by Nordlicht Media OÜ are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following location: Nordlicht Media OÜ, Vana-Lõuna 39/1, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia.
Records are available for inspection by the Attorney General or their designee during normal business hours, at the address above, in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.
2.Third-party content
Nordlicht Media OÜ is not the producer (primary or secondary, as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1) of content submitted by third parties. For such content, the original producer maintains the required records, and the location of those records is identified in the content or its accompanying information. On request, Nordlicht Media OÜ will use reasonable efforts to identify the producer of specific content.
3.Age verification
Every producer whose content is published on Media is required to hold, for each performer, a copy of a government-issued photographic identification and a signed release confirming the performer's legal name, date of birth and consent, before the content is accepted.
4.Reporting
If you believe that any content on Media depicts a person who was under 18 at the time of production, or who did not consent, report it immediately to [email protected]. Such reports are treated with the highest priority and the content is removed pending investigation.
