She sits on the white sofa and peels those sheer black pantyhose down from her hips, tugging the stockings along her thighs and calves until her red-painted toes pop free. She works them off slowly, soles on show, a solo amateur tease in a living-room skirt, barefoot and playing with her feet like she wants you watching. Then she takes her time at the glass table, red nails pinning a kraft envelope while she melts wax over a candle and pours a glossy puddle onto the flap. She stamps it shut with a firm press, still barefoot, still teasing. Pantyhose gone, envelope sealed: a slow, playful little ritual after the strip.
